Role Summary
Carries out project documentation validation, including the review and verification of the required documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Additionally, provides customer service by resolving inquiries, managing requests, and offering support throughout the entire administrative process.
Key responsibilities
• Review, verify, and validate administrative, labor, and occupational risk prevention documentation for client companies, workers, and equipment.
• Delivery of training sessions to both the project owner company and subcontractors.
• Design and development of training resources and content related to the Nalanda system for the project owner and subcontractors.
• Preparation of platform guides and support materials for subcontractors.
• Management of national and international contracts: company registration, dispatch of credentials, and project document review.
• Customer and subcontractor support via email and phone.
• Monitoring changes in criteria and legislation and applying complex requirements according to the specific demands of each client.
• Preparation of customized reports to meet client-specific requirements.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
