Role Summary
We are looking to hire a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a leading technology company and develop your career in sales within a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key responsibilities
Active prospecting of new clients: Identify business opportunities in potential markets through different sources, including market research, databases, social media, and other relevant channels.
Prospect outreach: Use cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to introduce the company and its solutions, generate interest, and identify potential business opportunities.
Scheduling sales meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and the Sales team to move opportunities forward in the sales process.
Lead qualification: Assess the suitability of prospects based on predefined criteria and ensure they meet the company’s target customer profile and business needs.
Collaboration with the Sales team: Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure qualified leads are effectively managed and converted into clients.
CRM follow-up and updates: Keep the prospect database up to date and accurately record interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development within the technology sector.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Basic knowledge or familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
Intermediate or higher level of English is a plus, as we work with international clients.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, meeting objectives and deadlines.
