Headquartered in the UK, OFA has leading businesses in the UK, France and Spain as well as operations in a number of countries throughout Europe and Latin America.
Role Summary
Lead and deliver complex, strategic programs across the Group, including client-facing integrations and internal transformation initiatives. Ensure alignment with OKRs and the corporate roadmap while driving execution excellence across scope, timeline, budget, and business impact.
Act as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders (Business and Technology), enabling effective decision-making and seamless delivery in high-impact, cross-functional environments. This role reports to the Iberia Head of IMO/PMO.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and projects, ensuring measurable business impact and alignment with company priorities
Define project governance and lifecycle (charter, scope, milestones, deliverables, risk management, change control, and reporting)
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal), managing dependencies and aligning expectations
Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee technical integrations (ERP/CRM, APIs, data flows such as SFTP) in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Negotiate scope, timelines, and SLAs with clients/partners, ensuring both operational feasibility and financial viability
Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to senior stakeholders, driving resolution
Lead executive-level communication and reporting, enabling informed decision-making
Ensure compliance with quality standards, including data privacy (GDPR), security, and traceability of decisions
Represent the IMO/PMO function in country and group-level forums
Success Metrics
On-time and on-budget delivery of projects and programs
Achievement of defined business outcomes and OKRs
Client satisfaction and retention (e.g., NPS)
Successful delivery of integrations and transformation initiatives
Stakeholder alignment and engagement across functions
Scope
Programs and projects may include:
Integration of newly acquired entities, teams, and processes (M&A context)
Deployment and integration of business systems (ERP, CRM, platforms)
Internal business transformation initiatives
Delivery of consulting services aligned with contractual objectives
Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience managing B2B projects and/or programs in platform or technology-driven environments
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder initiatives, ideally in high-growth or transformation contexts
Experience in client-facing roles, managing external stakeholders and commercial engagements
Strong understanding of both agile and traditional methodologies (hybrid governance environments)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
Project or program management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
French is a plus
