Role Summary
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients onto the platform, as well as providing support and follow-up to active clients. The role combines onboarding, configuration, and customer support tasks, ensuring efficient implementation and a high-quality user experience.
Key responsibilities
Manage the implementation and onboarding of new clients onto the platform.
Perform initial setup and configuration based on client needs.
Handle client incidents and requests via email and phone.
Monitor active accounts to ensure proper platform usage and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
Identify opportunities for improvement in implementation and support processes, proposing solutions to optimize operations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or client configuration processes.
C1 level of English (mandatory).
Knowledge or training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) will be considered a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, active listening, and empathy when interacting with clients.
Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks simultaneously with accuracy and organization.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a team within dynamic environments.
