Role Summary
Oversees the execution of projects within the assigned country, providing operational support to clients and subcontractors, and developing procedures that ensure optimal operability.
Key responsibilities
• Liaising with the project owner company to facilitate the launch of new initiatives.
• Integration of the country within the platform and verification of required documentation.
• Delivery of training sessions to the project owner company and subcontractors.
• Design and development of training materials and content related to the Nalanda system for both the project owner and subcontractors.
• Preparation of platform guides and support materials to facilitate subcontractor operations.
• Management of national and international contracts: company registration, dispatch of credentials, and project document review.
• Customer and subcontractor support via email and phone.
• Handling and processing incoming requests, providing assistance tailored to their needs. Responding to inquiries, resolving doubts, and performing diverse operational tasks.
• Researching innovations and improvements to streamline daily work and promote a conscious and sustainable working environment.
• Monitoring changes in criteria and legislation and applying complex requirements according to each client’s specific demands.
• Preparation of customized reports based on client requirements.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and ensure operational continuity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Advanced/professional English and Italian.
• German language is a plus.
• Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, proactive and dependable professional, committed to personal ownership of tasks and the achievement of team goals.
