One of our main products is Dokify, a CAE (Coordination of Business Activities) platform that creates and manages risk-free, collaborative, and transparent activity environments for any company and its contractors, wherever the activity takes place.
Through a unique combination of technology and expert support in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP), Dokify empowers organizations to transform contractor document management, tailoring requirements to the nature of the contractor (company, freelancer, etc.) and helping them focus on creating value.
Dokify offers a next-generation, flexible platform designed for efficient management and adaptable to any industry with a high volume of suppliers: food, retail, logistics, pharma, hospitality, industrial, and more. A platform built for prevention managers who need to oversee complex activity environments.
Role Summary
Responsible for generating and managing qualified sales opportunities through to closure, while building and maintaining strong commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to contract closure.
• Generate qualified opportunities through a territory, sector or group of allocated prospects
• Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations for each sector.
• Negotiate terms and secure agreements.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, and prepare regular reports on commercial activity and results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service implementation.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology solutions or business services.
• Education or knowledge of the PRL, SSL o HSE disciplines.
• Experience with CAE platform would be a plus.
• Languages:
o Spanish (native or fluent).
o English (mínimum intermediate level).
o Catalan (fluent would be a plus).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and results-oriented skills.
• Willingness to travel around Spain (including occasional international travel)
