Role Summary
Responsible for managing and developing non-nominated clients (accounts without an assigned KAM due to lower billing), driving cross-selling opportunities and increasing revenue across the digital solutions portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of non-nominated clients, ensuring high-quality service and identifying growth opportunities.
Drive cross-selling initiatives and upsell digital solutions to maximize account value.
Act as the main point of contact for these clients, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Analyze account performance and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management or digital sales.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (intermediate or higher).
