Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Director to spearhead the expansion of Once for All Marketplace, the leading compliance and supply chain management solution in the UK, into the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This role will be pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving sustainable growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Lead the market entry of Once for All Marketplace into Spain and Portugal, adapting proven strategies from the UK and France to local business contexts. Pivoting on the huge current customer base.
- Sales Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute tailored GTM strategies, including segmentation, pricing, partnerships, and account-based sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success teams, and the Account Executives owning the named accounts, to ensure seamless market adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Influence: Work hand in hand with peers in the UK and France, sharing best practices and influencing the broader Nalanda sales organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager, Director, or above).
- Proven track record of driving growth in B2B marketplaces, ideally within the construction or related industries.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge in Portuguese and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven orientation.
