Role summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Frontend Software Developer to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for building modern, responsive, and scalable user interfaces that enhance the experience of thousands of users on our digital platform. Your work will play a vital role in shaping how businesses interact with our systems and contribute directly to the efficiency and usability of our core solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features and maintain a consistent, elegant user experience across our platform.

Key responsibilities

- Contribute to the evolution of our frontend architecture with focus on scalability and long-term maintainability. 

- Identify and lead refactoring opportunities to modernize legacy parts of the platform.

- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to prototype, validate, and deliver impactful features that solve real user problems.

- Lead by example through clean code, technical ownership, and strong engineering practices.

- Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system and reusable components.

- Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and frontend reliability, applying deep knowledge of browser internals and frontend optimization techniques.

- Support the growth of the team by mentoring peers, guiding code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, including large-scale applications.

- Expert knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Deep experience with Vue (or a comparable framework) and related tooling (composables, state management, SSR, etc.).

- Strong understanding of software architecture, modular design, and scalable UI patterns.

- Proven track record delivering high-performance, secure, and accessible interfaces.

- Familiarity with automated testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e).

- Comfortable navigating and improving legacy codebases while advocating for long-term quality.

- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Bonus points for:

- Experience with micro-frontend architectures or frontend monorepos.

- Contribution to open source or internal design systems.

- Familiarity with analytics, observability, or A/B testing on frontend.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, Cursor)

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
