About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional capable of leading and optimizing human resources operations related to salary structures, organizational levels, legal, labor, and tax regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and designing equitable, competitive, and scalable systems that enhance the employee experience and support the company’s strategy. This includes payroll and tax administration, the creation of salary structures, and the efficiency of systems and policies that support employees throughout all stages of their work experience.
Responsibilities ✍️💼
Compensation and Benefits (Salary structures and job levels):
- Design, implement and maintain salary structures and working levels, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct periodic salary analysis to identify discrepancies and propose adjustments aligned with the compensation strategy.
- Oversee and manage corporate benefits, ensuring alignment with employee expectations and market best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with current legal and tax regulations.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and address employee inquiries.
Payroll and Compliance (Legal, Labor, and Tax Regulations):
- Validate and coordinate the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy in calculations and compliance with applicable labor regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in labor and tax legislation that may impact human resources operations.
- Manage internal and external audits related to human resources and payroll.
- Supervise the proper updating of data in Human Resources systems.
- Coordinate processes related to Social Security, Income Tax (IRPF), and other legal obligations.
Process Standardization:
- Design and document efficient operational processes for the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
- Develop tools and guides for managers and employees on labor policies, compensation, and benefits.
- Automate and optimize tasks to increase the efficiency of the department.
Optimization of the Human Resources ERP:
- Manage and improve the ERP system (such as Personio or others), ensuring its proper configuration to support key processes like payroll, absence management, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data.
- Generate reports and dashboards for the analysis of key KPIs related to people management.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits related to payroll.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis related to turnover, engagement, and organizational structure to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize people and resource management.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure comprehensive talent management.

Qualifications 💡📚
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in roles related to compensation, personnel administration, or people operations.
- Previous experience in the implementation and management of ERP systems (such as Personio, Workday, SAP, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processes, and applicable taxation.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Certifications / Courses: Advanced in Excel, Power BI or similar.
